SUPPORT AND BENEFITS

Through the workshops, participants gain confidence and develop their emotional and creative expression skills. The artistic process helps them articulate their feelings and experiences while learning to communicate and collaborate with others.

The group sessions foster a strong sense of solidarity among the youth, reducing isolation and easing tensions within the detention centre. Through collective creation, participants learn to trust themselves and one another, discovering new ways to relate positively to their peers.

Several of the artworks produced during the programme are publicly exhibited, giving young detainees a sense of pride, recognition, and visibility within the broader community.

PRESENTATION OF THE TRAINER

The workshops are led by a multidisciplinary team composed of early childhood professionals, psychologists, and facilitators trained in psychosocial support and art mediation. Their complementary expertise ensures a safe, supportive, and creative environment where young participants can express themselves freely, explore their emotions, and build resilience through artistic practice.
