ELECTRONIC MUSIC PRODUCTION

This training is developed to empower women musicians and artists to strengthen their cultural and professional empowerment by equipping them with advanced skills in music production, and fostering their creative and technical independence.

OBJECTIVES​

To strengthen artistic entrepreneurship through music production, fostering creative expression, independence, and cultural inclusion while providing a deep understanding of DJing techniques and the art of performance.​

What you will learn

  • How to master the basic functionalities of DJ software

  • To understand the functioning and optimization of DJ equipment, including turntables, mixers, and controllers.

  • How to use mixing techniques to create smooth transitions between tracks.

  • To develop your personal style and creative sense as a DJ.

  • To manage and perform DJ sets.

Requirements

  • Be a woman artist and musician

  • Basic musical knowledge

  • Familiarity with audio equipment and signal flow

  • Interest in music production and creating original tracks

  • Commit to applying the skills learned in your professional or community activities

Format

  • 1 month of training

  • Hybrid training onsite & online

  • Coaching and mentorship

  • Training is free of charge

  • Travel and accomodation expenses will be covered.

By the end of the training, you will have strengthened your technical skills in music production, developed your artistic and musical identity, and gained the tools to pursue your career with autonomy and confidence as a woman artist and entrepreneur.

You will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the training.

You will also be integrated into the Voix des Femmes Sans Frontières VFSF - Women Voices Without Borders network, connecting over 350 women journalists, artists, activists and experts across 11 MENA countries

PRESENTATION OF THE TRAINER

 

Olympe4000 pioneering DJ, producer, and mentor committed to empowering women and gender minorities in electronic music. Recognised as a key figure in inclusive artistic spaces, she believes deeply in the importance of collective learning and professional training as tools for empowerment. Drawing from her experience performing across Europe and running her own label Adrenaline Quality, she guides participants in exploring hybrid sounds, building confidence behind the decks, and expressing their unique voice within the music industry.
