The ideal school seen by children  migrants in France

On the occasion of the start of the school year,  UNICEF reiterates the importance that all children , and in particular refugee and migrant children, can go to school to learn, share and play, whatever their situation and status.

It is this principle that is implemented for the students of the school of the Emmaus Solidarités emergency accommodation center for migrants in Ivry-Sur-Seine, in the Paris region.

In the continuity of the project "  From France to Iraq, imagine the ideal school  », Ten children were invited to express their views on the school  : both the one they frequent and the one they  dream.

For a week, the association Humanitarian Aid and Journalism (AHJ) conducted photography workshops  and painting, so that children can give free rein to their creativity.
